Information that we collect: name, address, bank routing number, bank account number, W9 (if required) email address. The purpose for gathering this information is to have the ability to electronically transfer funds to the user’s bank account for payments due to them. This is to eliminate the need for paper checks being sent through the mail system and to pay customers quicker and more securely.

Since NoCheck is not a bank, we partner with JP Morgan Chase Bank and Bank of America to allow them to transfer funds to the customer’s bank account through highly secure transmissions and using encryption technology.
